Dear Middle School Parents and Students:

Last week the Middle School Newsletter that was posted on the .net and the Constant Contact sites explained the faculty and staff who will be working with the Middle School students during the 2010-2011 school year. As the Dean of the Middle School, I am very excited and confident regarding the professionalism within the faculty and staff who will be working with our 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. The people who have the opportunity to work with our students will do their best to increase knowledge, develop character, and to make all students feel that they are an important part of our school community.

In this week’s Newsletter the course assignments and selections regarding academic classes and enrichment classes will be explained. There are certain courses that are assigned to students of various grade levels and there are some selections that are chosen by the students. A new enrichment class entitled Board Games has been added as an elective. The Journalism enrichment class has been eliminated; but, it will be incorporated within the Writing classes at all three grade levels. We will try and produce one publication of From the Eagle’s Eye each semester of the school year. We hope that our students and our parents are as excited about what we have to offer our Middle School students during the 2010-2011 school year as our faculty and staff.

Yours in education,

Warren Delmolino
